I can do that but use it in REITs & stocks for
4-8 % yield.
my stock in Tech gave me 1000% yield in 5 years means what...

If 早知道...... we all should rob / loan / cheat to pour our all money into these mega.

4-8% yield is the dividend.
Many SGX stocks are giving quite good capital
gain + dividend.

anyway regretted starting this thread because I think only I know where to look or what to believe in.

please continue to find 1 bedder at 600k at 99 years leasehold to be a norm.

The quantum is ‘only <S$400k’.

Not so high lah, though average is about S$2.1k psf now for New Territories. Depending on the area, most are between HK$8k to HK$11k psf.

Only in HK Island that the average is about S$3.2k psf.

If you can find condo at 200k-300k in Singapore and that is a norm according to you...
then most people in Singapore are not normal because most people can't find it?

Maybe he has some agents for this, and yes, I could not find any either.

Well, there could be some really old condos, and perhaps with short lease remaining, then perhaps you can find some.

Anyway, judging from TS' previous threads, he likes to ask a general question, watch everyone but himself fight to the death, and in the end, he still does not want to share much. What is the point for discussion?

I guess that's what trolls like to do for a living.
