Seeking some advice here.

I have PS4 and Switch and was looking to add Overcooked into my Switch games library but currently PS4 version is cheaper and there are people complaining about performance issues and eight way controls on Switch even after the second patch.

Doesn't make sense to pay more and perform worse but I want the portability of Switch.

Anyone have both version of the game? Does Switch version perform as well as PS4 version after the second patch?

don't have the game can't comment..

generally speaking, people get switch version of the portability.. but for me i get switch cos i want to play switch exclusive or games ported from other nintendo system. makes sense to me buy games that are out on ps4 or pc which are much cheaper than switch version. (unless switch version is the most superior version compared to pc and ps4 version, which rarely or never happened ?)

i think it will depends on what type of games.....i have both ps4pro and switch and most of the games i buy on ps4...my switch only got the nintendo games.....even sonic mania, as tempted as i am to get on switch, ultimately i went with ps4 version due to more discount, higher resolution and performance.

fighting games for example, is something i will never buy on switch due to that D-Pad (or lack of). Sure, there's the Pro controller but i play my switch in portable mode most of the time so that point is mooted (completed mario odyssey entirely in handheld mode).

that being said, i don't mind doubledipping for some indie games like shovel knight on switch too.

as long as the gameplay is totally different from YS origins..

i got bored with that game within 20 mins.

Is action jrpg game fast moving hack and slash something like xenoblade but without those break topple thing

Story is about rescue people at a island recruit new people to open item weapon shop +++ then of course is all about friendship boy met girl story from past to present really good will not go deeper

LOL...i like their games....i only only got 3 games on switch so far, mario odyssey, mario kart and zelda....think my next game i buying on switch is bayonetta 2 and maybe the just announced mario tennis...hopefully nintendo can announce a new fire emblem too..

not really keen on playing 3rd parties or online games on the switch

bayonetta 2 is nintendo exclusive. can buy.

those who buying 3rd parties games on switch are those who really like the portability or never play before.

the below games, not sure which version should i get..

Valkyria Chronicles 4 (not sure should i get switch version)
