Ya was refering to Starmex

IC , was looking at Starmex , the contractor say the FN is new series and FJ is the problematic series . Was looking at system 3 not sure is stable. Maybe get Panasonic.

I would Not recommend the FJ series.
Would be better to go for the FN or GE series if you do not mind the 2 ticks model if selecting Starmex.

IMHO, the more features the more parts and the more things to breakdown so sometimes simplicity is a beauty within itself.

For starmex might want to check with your appointed installer again as some stocks might not be available right now.

Aircon tip:
Have 20 BTU per square foot of room area. 10% less if the room is shaded..

I bought in bundles with alot of electronics.
I can pm you the contact of the staff working there. Pm me.
If you buying aircon only....., can try.
Price should be lower than $4k for 5 ticks system 4.

LOL. I just realised I got quite a few PMs.

Thanks Max , that is what i think also but the old model (i don't mind 2 tick) is old stock. Could it be refurbish or stock that return by customer and electronic item keep too long will there be problem. Kindly advice

Hello tmengyew, chances of refurbish/returns/aging stock is unlikely at reputable installers. Let me drop you a pm for more information. For the 2 ticks model system 4 is no longer possible as it has been phased out (EOL).

From what I understand, Daikin Smile Series is CTKS. The FTKS is their super Multi Series. The Smile CTKS is the newest series right now.

Hi guys

Does anyone knows what's the main difference for Daikin smiles series ftks compared to the newer ctks series ? The price differ is about 1k for system 4.

Which model, I went to shop to see, never see any air-con got mention that it smart, the most is Wi-Fi enable

Last month I went to gain city expo show. I saw the poster saying can control using mobile phone. I remember these 3 brands but I dunno the model. I only go there see see look look auto vacuum only. Never ask in details for aircon.
