Getting this glue from TB to try gluing some moss (Java/Xmas) on the rocks instead of tying...
Quite cheap

I just noticed my 8L betta tank has some white color very very fine worm looking thing moving on the wall of the tank. Not alot, maybe 10+. They are barely visible unless the lamp is turned on and i stared really hard. I did a quick google and found answers like detritus worms or pin worms which looks a little like this in the below video
The tank is quite bare with some big gravel layered on the bottom, two pieces of mossball and the male betta fish. As its not a big tank, so I only turn on the built-in filter/pump for around 30mins when I do a 30% water change twice a week.
Are these white worms a concern for the fish? He seems to be eating fine, though he hasn't been flaring for quite about two weeks already. Whenever I tried to place a mirror in front of him, he will look for a few secs while flattering his fins really quickly, then turn away.

Hearing u guys' advice, I didnt want to take a chance so I did a 100% water change. Pour everything out. Put in a tablespoon of salt with 50-50 boiling + tap water and gave the tank's wall inside a good scrub. Aren't sure if I still want to put the medium size gravel back into the tank again, but to be safe i poured boiling water over the gravel too, then placed them on a tray to sun.
I moved the betta into the usual green small plastic container with a piece of ketapang with overnight tapwater plus pinch of pure seasalt. Its like less than half a day only, the fellow is blowing bubbles already and flaring full force again. Sometimes I really think this weird guy prefers the small container over the 8L tank... wth
I will probably leave him in the small container with ketapang for another 2-3 days, before moving him back to the 8L again. But I am still puzzled what may have triggered those white wriggling worm looking things... I have 3 pieces of biofilter media in the filter/pump, and I don't wash them de. Could that be the cause? Else, I really can't think of anything else that may "grow" those white things liaoz...![]()
I tried the 8L tank with Ketapang before, he doesn't seem to "rejuvenate" as well as the small container.Eh u put big tank got put ketapang? Also u think possible u on pump in big tank the water movement may destroy the bubbles also mAh?
Actually no need own pump lahhI tried the 8L tank with Ketapang before, he doesn't seem to "rejuvenate" as well as the small container.
I may thinking when I move him back to the 8L tank few days later again, this time I wont turn on the filter/pump completely see how. But then how can I create oxygen in the bare tank with 2pcs of moss ball... Need to think of something

Hi Seniors,
My big goldfish appears to be weighted down heavily at the tank bottom possibly by eggs inside the body.
I does not appear to be sick, but find it difficult to swim to the tank surface by charging up fast.
It is eating normally, except that it is heavy and is at the bottom all the time.
Is there any remedy?

Wait for the egg to come out ?
