is that any way to book the appointment??

I have registered more than a weeks, and send email to them to request link for appointment, no response at all...

think of collect it next week, since I will travel in...

U go in and just re-update your veh details with the same info and submit. This refreshes your application in their system. What happened to me was i got the collection email just after i did that.

Hi,

I just received an email with link to book my appointment.

However, when I go to the link, it tried to load and thereafter, it show a log in screen. I tried to enter my user ID and password as per VEP website, however, it doesn't allow too long user ID.

Anybody encounter similar issue and how to proceed?

Thanks but it doesn't allow me to key in the whole email address, seems like length limitation.

Also login screen not the same as VEP website

The Pandan RnR is open just for RFID Tag collection only. Temporary office setup and tents for Tag installation. Take note of the entrance to the place as it is very small opening area.

i also having the same question till i saw your reply..

from my understanding, this pandan RnR is closed..
used to gather there for cars TT

Try use another PC or handphone to login the appointment page.

Based on what I saw, the last available date is 31st May. No schedule available YET thereafter.

Not sure are they going to release any slots for June.

Any recent collections? Is the appointment time quite zhun and delay free, or long queue even if you arrive punctually? Thinking of going to the Lima Kedai toll plaza location to do.

Do they allow the sticker to be pasted elsewhere beside right smack in the middle (as reported by others)?

Can we use this to pay for the RM20 entry fee, or that one is still Touch 'N Go card only?

I also book that plaza, is it convinent at that location?

Just got mine pasted. Take note that they will paste it at the top center of the windscreen and for some cars that has in-car cameras mounted there, the sticker might be partially be inside your video recording.. If u get what i mean.

In the event u missed printing documents out. They can do it for u as long u have the softcopy, at about RM2 per paper (into their pockets).

Generally, the whole process is quite fast and u do not have to stick exactly to ur appt time. Few hours flexibility is there.

Do I need to reload my TnG e-wallet app or is that optional? I didn't link my physical TnG card to the app and I can live with tapping the physical card on the readers rather than use the e-wallet.

For the RFID tag collection, the RM10 I can pay using cash? So if my e-wallet has no money, it will be ok?

No need to reload first. You can do so after the RFID successfully registered and linked to your e-wallet (about a week time).

No need to link TnG physical card too. No use of e-wallet (by tapping the TnG card) also Ok at this present moment. But need to make sure you no link the TnG card to your e-wallet, if e-wallet no money, it will auto deduct from your TnG card after linked.

RM10 is cash only.

These are my own thoughts on RFID/eWallet payment.

I don't see why we can't continue to use the Card to pay. VEP, RFID & eWallet are part of their requirements but paying still can use card.

So for those who are cautious about using eWallet, then continue to use Card to pay.
