How's the performance of this router on Singtel Fiber network? I am currently using Linksys EA8100, wonder this Asus router perform better?

Imo no point since both are ac2600 unless you wanna use as AP

After I google my router RT-N12D1

CPU:
Broadcom BCM5357C0
CPU Cores:
1
CPU MHz:
300
Flash MB:
8
RAM MB:

I use 4 years already not bad and the spec so low.
Feel like upgrading to RT-AC2600 Router

Mai tu liao. 300N to Ac2600 is a very big jump

Any feedback on the range of this?
Are the external antennas for 2.4ghz as well?
Price not too bad on carousell. Worth?

Does asus need receipt for warranty? Concerned about buying from carousell if no receipt

I would go for Linksys for much stable firmware. ASUS for more feature provided by firmware. Too many bug in ASUS router.

EA8100 well known short range and problematic wifi connection. This one is better.

Your can check the HWZ thread for 8100 related posts. :s13:

If comparing this and Asus RT AC68U?
I'm using AC68U but experiencing bad signal in my room so thinking of doing a minor upgrade

Haha a bit over budget for a 'minor' upgrade.
Guess I'll just stick to my current router
