Do you guys still buy SSD from Amazon US? Which brand is the easiest to RMA?

You don't buy SSD brand that is easiest to RMA, you buy a brand that NEVER need to RMA.

I recommend Samsung.

Agreed with Audio.

If want international warranty, Can consider Intel.

I still have their X25M 80gb working on my mini lab server as the boot drive.

I bought WD from Amazon US. Some cases of needing to RMA but most reviews say it's fine, with good performance.

Fully agree. Am still using a Samsung 840 Pro SSD for more than 6 years now. No issues whatsoever.

Never need to RMA all 6 of my Samsung SSD drives that I have altogether.

4 is currently in use in my PC, 1 for PS4 console, and 1 is used as a fast external drive since it was only 250 GB.

(7 SSDs actually, 1 is an old Crucial M4 SSD for the PS3.)

Ups for not having the need to repair for any of them. Therefore, safe to buy from overseas I guess if it's cheaper. But I do buy them local cos I'll make sure the prices are extremely competitive like during a Samsung promotion that gets me a free coloured toner printer. The total then outweighs the overseas prices by then. :s12:

To date, i've own 9 or 10 ssds across various brands(intel, samsung, gskill, ocz, corsair), never needed to rma a single one. Just stick to the reputable brands and you should be fairly safe...
