Yeah, I called the CIMB Malaysia customer service number using Skype VOIP too.

Anyone knows how to transfer MY CIMB ringgits back into SG CIMB account? OTC at the branch or can be done online?

Opened my cimb MY account.

Apply on Sat at sg brunch.
Mid week, received sms from courier.
Courier came on weekend afternoon. Nobody home to sign the package. So they left a note.
Rescheduled on weekend. Received the debit card within a week.

Debit card pin they will sms to your registered phone number.

Have to call in to activate and change pin.
After that can activate cimbclick Malaysia.

To link SG&MY account, have to use desktop login.
Linking takes 3 working days.

After that can see the account in cimbclick SG.

Can transfer SG to MY with live fx quote.

Not bad experience.
Will try withdrawl from atm in my next visit.

Where's the CIMB ATM in City Square? Their directory didn't list it, and the one in JBCC was down when I was there last week.

I saw 1 at komtar jbcc there also.

Notice the rates are ok during office hours.
Comparable to money exchange.

After hours is bad.

Any ideal timing?

I don’t think so as it show the total deposit in ringgit including my Sg account. Any senior can advise?
