What cooler and case config? On a 3600 you should be <40c idle.
Also, did you install the Ryzen chipset drivers and changed your power profile to "Ryzen Balanced"?
Stock cooler on tecware nexus Evo. All stock. Will go try the power profile though
It made a big difference in my clocks. Otherwise Windows does not know how to let the CPU downclock / idle correctly.
No diff for me regardless of the power profile. I hardly see my 3900X's vcore falling below 1V.
