Do not worry if you do not have a bank account in China to top up your Taobao/Alipay account for payment at Taobao. We provide free services to "pay for you" at Alipay. You no longer need to let Alipay charge your Singapore credit cards as this is a more expensive payment mode. (Do you know that Alipay and the credit card company both will charge you fees when you pay Taobao sellers by using your Singapore credit card? ) We provide our new clients free Alipay "pay-for-you" services.

Hi,
Your need to set your "Taobao2SG warehouse address" as your default delivery address in Taobao. After registering your Taobao2SG account, please log into Taobao2SG.com and click into the [User Centre]. In the [User Centre], you will find that a unique China delivery address was assigned to you.
We strongly suggest that you set your "Taobao2SG warehouse address" as your default shipping address in your Taobao account. It looks like the following:

CN Warehouse Address
收件人: 王长工-CM-3010

used taobao2sg for the 1st time ...item arrived broken ....taobao2sg claim they cannot be responsible.

Funny thing is ....item from seller reach them in china box is intact ...when item reach me the box is torn and crushed yet they claim they cannot be responsible for damaged item. Isn't a logistic company's main aim to deliver items intact?

Shun Shun Forwarder

Previously been using this forwarder for smaller volume shipment. After a few times, i discovered the small boxes packed in plastic bags or mail bags are always jumbled up. This issue created a lot of empty air spaces and i was charged for that larger volume. Since i dont use it often, i decided not to pursue.

Recently, i arranged 2 parcels to be shipped by them. Time lag between the two parcels are just 2 weeks apart. The first one had alot more items and bigger volume. I was charged 0.2cbm. The second one had lesser items. I was estimating it should be between 0.1 to 0.2cbm. When i picked it up at their warehouse, the total volume was much smaller than the first but i was charged at 0.3cbm!

When i confronted Shun Shun about the empty air spaces. They claimed they always measure first before packing into plastic bags. It still does not feel right because what i received during the second shipment was significantly smaller than previous.

Feeling questionable, i took out all the parcels and lined them up neatly, biggest volume on the bottom. It worked out to be only 0.17cbm! Ive been overcharged by 43.3%. I took a video of the entire measurement process and Shunshun has the cheek to tell me i didnt measure the biggest volume. They refused to refund the overcharge.

The worst is a missing package with masks i intended to donate out. There was also a box with torn side edges and loosely scotch taped back. I bought 4 bags. 1 was missing. All forwarders reject visibly damaged parcels in China so this must have happened at ShunShun's end! I reported the missing items to them and they replied, there will be no compensation for me. I can report to police and CASE if i want! Bet i will!

I spoke to a few friends and family members. It turned out they've been owning months of rental to their previous landlords. Hence they kept changing offices in Singapore!

Can I check how was this resolved? Did taobao2sg compensate for the damages?

you must be a newbie.

the forwarder duty is to ensure your goods get forward to you.

it is YOUR responsibilities to talk to sellers via Aliwang and tell them to crate it for you if your items is prone to damages.

This is if you are using the "Ship for Me" type of services

If you ask a forwarder to "Buy for You", then the forwwarder has the responsibilities to ensure the item is intact when reached your hands

read my latest reply above to this ignorant "tweety_piyo" post

I assume tweety_piyo engaged the mentioned forwarder to purchase on behalf? Maybe tweety_piyo can clarify. Or maybe you would like to share which forwarder is reliable from your experience?

so the forwarder can just anyhow handle the items i.e use a forklift to flatten everything inside the container to squeeze more in? .....the item reach you ma just that its flatten ....ahaha thats your logic ?

so if item is crated and still arrive damage how ? suck 2 thumbs ?

my item received in taobao2sg warehouse in good condition (with picture to show) ...arrive my door step in giam chye condition.....so how? container fault or ship captain fault ?

i use many other forwarders with even more fragile items....no such issue

you dont even know what service or arrangements i had with them come here call ppl noob and ignorant ....dunno dont come in bark like dog ..thats ignorance

if i were to type using your language, and to answer u simply, YES, if item is crated and still arrive damage, you SUCK your thumbs, can 顺便 suck your feet ones too

You better get the facts straight.

I said it once and gonna say again.

It is YOUR freaking responsibilities to ensure your taobao seller crate it properly. If crate already still damaged, means its your seller's fault.
talk to them in Aliwang and some are kind enough to provide replacement.

There is always risk in shipping, accept this piece of info, if you want sure WIN situation, there is one thing call insurance.

you use many forwarders no issue is you lucky.
I almost every 2 months have shipment by SEA from TaoBao, and have my fair share of stories to tell.

now digest this before you start barking like a noob

oops has one of the worst reviews as a forwarder. do some research in forums using "oops" as keyword and you will see results :s13:
