hope to eat a breathtaking briyani

the kind that gives you a silent '****!!' at first bite, then tears of bliss follows

and you will go to the kitchen to thank the chef for the experience

briyani should be on the list of any rice-loving person

Which Biryani in S’pore does the actual legit traditional style of cooking the mutton IN the rice?

I think any that call themselves ”traditional” but do not cook the mutton in the rice, should tear down signboard.

for mutton briyani, can acty ask the ah neh for meaty chunks?
rather than the one w/ the bone intact

dun really like the latter that much
like not much flesh, plus w/ that 'jelly-like' stuff [fats] that seems inedible :s22:

+1
those who like stew curry mutton briyani are mostly tamil speaking south indian cuisine.
the higher caste indian briyani will have the meat cooked together with the rice. :D

Yakadar and allaudin good in tekka.

Al tasneen best in my opinion just beside victory

I think can skip Tekka mkt for now! Unless you very desperate!

I heard Mr Biryani "Hyderabadi biryani." around there is not bad!

i havent tried it yet! I heard it quite expensive!

Check this out LAMB SHANK BIRYANI!!!! 80

Mutton, but provided the stall/restaurant has removed that thick rubbery fat usually found in mutton, and the meat is well prepared.
