Hi, I just tried to call also. CSO told me normally fall below fee is $2 but there should be no more fall below fee from July onwards so if got charged $2 then its a system glitch and should be reversed by end of next week. CSO say only those who opened the account via the app should have this issue. But CSO was very puzzled when I informed her that my charge was $1 she said everyone else was charged $2 so she has to go check further.

sigh...no news from rhb....and $1 havent refunded also..

just received the hard copy statement..jin strange..it spilt to 9 transactions

9 jul of 5k spilt to 4 transaction as below
1. $1 deposit
2. $4878.58 deposit
3. $0.60 withdraw
4. $40.60

then the remaining amount of 95k are deposit on

13 jul
1. $0.60 withdraw

15 jul
1. $50000 deposit
2.$3 deposit
3.500 deposit

16 jul
1. $44570

final statement show as below

Description number amount

deposit 9 $100063.98
withdraw 2 $1.20
interest earn $62.78


why got withdraw $1.20?

I kenna error. Transfer $250 to other bank, inside other bank liao, but rhb refunded to my account.. 4 days later someone from rhb call me to say error and need to recover the $250

Wah I also just noticed there is a $1 misc fee!!!

This bank power. Dont let u transfer out, only can transfer in. And still want deduct ur money.

Read my post on 13th july before complaining here. I dare to say this bank, dont let me transfer my money. They can pofma me or send lawyer letter if they want. In fact they will be sending a written explanation to my residence. For their boohoo..
