they stay on the ground also will get their basic salary. you don't know how much some of these cabin crew hate the job and environment (after they joined). they'll be damn happy to get early release without any penalty!

U know now release n last time diff hor
Unless in demand jobs else not easy to find jobs right
Even banks not losing money also wana cut jobs
Sia how can don’t cut when bleeding
Not making sense at all
The foreigners first to let go
Then PR then citizens lo
But among these groups if have attitude one can let go earlier too?

If they really wanted to cut it wont be just 10% paycut ... wonder why they pretend everything is alright and continue to waste away the money

If not enough ppl take early retirement. You'll see what's next the phase. :s13: Or else why the early retirement in the first place. :s13:

They are just wasting time, how many will take up early retirement at this point of time? At above 50yrs old its very hard for them to find another job or change industry.

Open up to those younger staff, and compensate them fairly, this will help to keep more staff tat need the jobs. Any HR personel here??

Pinky Govt will never let sia die. Should not take up the package if not desperate. Just iron rice bowl.

You can be the best cabin crew who treat first class passenger like king but SIA will not hesitate to retrench you while CEO and BOD continue to enjoy high celery

they will be rotated to service the CEO and BOD
