Don't think there's much utility in comparing Seikos with Rolexes; they're very different watches.

Try Vanguard or RubberB. In that case, you might just want to get the one with fabric strap, and change out for rubber.

Yeah I like the black/with gold accents combo which the blue dial variant doesn't offer. Pricing wise not too sure.. Mine was an overseas set back in 2017

I think it's really hard to get a discount for that right now, your first issue should be finding one in the first place.
