Making good money versus bankruptcy.
Relative comparison should be put up side by side rather than the PE .

As simple as demand and supply. It is relative, not absolute term.

A fair value for apple now is $80-90. Anything above $100 is paying premium price just to own its share. Might not go above $130 for at least next 5 years.

Means if you pay anything above $125/share for apple, you have to hope no competitor can take away apple's market share for next 5 years. Else apple share may plunge below $80 and stagnant at $55-60

Even apple drop to $80. I wont buy. Still risky. Cuz its still at $240 prior stock split. Below $200 ($50 after stock split). I will be tempted. I rather miss the boat than put my money on a risky investment.

All apple need is 2021 q1 and q2 earnings to be worse than samsung and huawei. Thats it for its share price.
