Could it be related to CSC? Last time I had flashed the TH CSC on the phone, and no more VoLTE. Maybe changing it to a Singapore one (XSP) works?
His is hongkong set. Dont have xsp csc

If you got time, can do a factory reset see if issue still persist

Most welcome. I just tested on my SD HKG N20U. Starhub really no volte. I set to on already also Don have. Both m1 and singtel also have. Shld be starhub side issue already.
New Ultra owner reporting in! Paid $48 for the phone with CIS discount and trading in my old S10E![]()
Should mass email to starhub, threaten to cancel if dun want to open VoLTE for SD Note 20 Ultra. My friend told me s20 ultra snapdragon also no volte on starhub
Volte is enabled for my line cos I use my sim card on another phone got volte. Think maybe snapdragon n20u is not whitelisted for volte on starhub network.
This is likely a HK/TW firmware problem?
In Feb 2020, when I bought my Note 10+ TW, I had a Starhub and M1 line. Both Starhub and M1 were successfully VOLTE enabled on both SIM card slots.
A few weeks later, there was an update that after that caused me to lose Starhub VOLTE.
Worse I also lost mobile connectivity as the APN was no longer picked up and I had to enter it manually. I had 4G connection but no VOLTE. Obviously this must be a Samsung HK/TW firmware issue that no longer provided support for Starhub VOLTE.
As the SIM card and my Starhub line was working fine when I switched back to the previous firmware.
There was no problem with M1 and I subsequently ported over to Singtel later.
I assumed that it was a firmware problem that would be eventually fixed.
Bro DigDub, was the APN auto detected for Starhub SIM? It seems that they have dropped support for Starhub inadvertently (or otherwise).

Thats wierd eh... Why suddenly drop the support![]()
That explains it. Thanks for the effort to test man
Any good tempered glass that has no issues with the fingerprint scanner?
I am using zeelot....so far, so good.....only cannot scan properly when fingers are wet
I felt that it was not intentional... But how to feedback? It's Samsung HK/TW leh... Samsung SG already like saiso I didn't bother, then switched to Singtel.
