If you got time, can do a factory reset see if issue still persist

Think forget it. Too troublesome to set up again. Maybe see who else is using starhub on SD n20u and see if got volte.

Volte is enabled for my line cos I use my sim card on another phone got volte. Think maybe snapdragon n20u is not whitelisted for volte on starhub network.

This is likely a HK/TW firmware problem?

In Feb 2020, when I bought my Note 10+ TW, I had a Starhub and M1 line. Both Starhub and M1 were successfully VOLTE enabled on both SIM card slots.

A few weeks later, there was an update that after that caused me to lose Starhub VOLTE.

Worse I also lost mobile connectivity as the APN was no longer picked up and I had to enter it manually. I had 4G connection but no VOLTE. Obviously this must be a Samsung HK/TW firmware issue that no longer provided support for Starhub VOLTE.

As the SIM card and my Starhub line was working fine when I switched back to the previous firmware.

There was no problem with M1 and I subsequently ported over to Singtel later.

I assumed that it was a firmware problem that would be eventually fixed.

Bro DigDub, was the APN auto detected for Starhub SIM? It seems that they have dropped support for Starhub inadvertently (or otherwise).

I felt that it was not intentional... But how to feedback? It's Samsung HK/TW leh... Samsung SG already like sai 😉😂 so I didn't bother, then switched to Singtel.

I am using zeelot....so far, so good.....only cannot scan properly when fingers are wet

Yes the fingers wet problem seems to apply to all protectors. Also the skill of the person fixing it makes a difference.

precisely and somemore starhub will only support local s20 or n20 series if really no volte on local set. Export set they will just tell u because it is not local set, some bands not supported bla bla bla
