▪︎I saw on member app people say offer until 30 September 2024.

I send my note 20 ultra 5G to bedok mall service centre on 01 sept and collected by 03 sept and just pay 54.40. They replaced new display and battery.

Oh thank you! Unfortunately my phone is out of the country at the moment and can only return by end of Nov... sigh... hope they honour the warranty... afterall it's their update that damaged the screen...

Just to update, I didn't get the free repair for the pink line on my phone screen... I was unhappy and spoke to the assistant manager... she helped put in a request. But a few days later, I was informed that not possible... so that's that... just live with the line... it costs $300+ to replace the screen...

Anyway, is it possible for the Note20 Ultra to use a magnetic power bank? The type that magnetically attaches to the back of the phone and can wirelessly charge the phone? Anyone has tried? Thanks!

Oh? This is just a sticker? It must be stuck on the phone back or can be stuck on the back of the phone cover (flexible TPU cover)? Not sure if the magnetic strength strong enough to hold up a 5000 mAh power bank to the back of my phone and I can continue to use the phone?
