Go to settings - about phone. The model number should be SM-N9860.

Just Sharing my experience.

HK, Taiwan and China set also the same model number SM-N9860. But only HK with CSC (TGY) works exactly the same as local sets (except no samsung pay rewards). But Taiwan and China one has the caller id display issue which is explained few pages back.

So the safest way to conclude is, check in the about phone -> software information look for the csc code.

My HK sets had no issue with caller ID. Names will still appear.

HK set can. Transit no screen off. Must as well use Gpay since they having instant cash back.

The shop is alpha telcom . Gave up on s20fe and 8t . Left only note20 SD best replacement liao

Ya alpha telecom is HK set. Do note if you are on starhub, volte is not available. Apn for starhub also need to configure manually.
