Anyone has tried connecting 2 headphones to this tv? I need to do so cos after my kids sleep, my wife and i want to watch tv without disturbing the sleeping kids. So headphones are the best solution. But most wireless solutions only allow one wireless headset to be connected. Since this tv has Bluetooth 5.0, is it possible to connect 2 such headsets? I don't intend to buy expensive headphones, probably Xiaomi ones will do. If not possible to connect wirelessly directly, any workaround, short of using a stereo splitter and wired headphones?
Thank you!!!
Hi all, not sure if anyone encounter this weird problem with xiaomi TV.
My mitv 4c is able to detect my mouse and shows a mouse arrow on the screen, however, only top half of the screen can be 'left click' while the bottom half of the screen is not able to register 'left click' inputs.
I tried different mouse (air mouse and bluetooth) and the problem persist. Tried factory reset too but still can't solve it.
Just few days ago it was working fine. Anyone here know how to resolve it?
Disclaimer: I tried searching 'mouse' and 'left click' in the thread but can't seems to find past discussion on this. tks
i have the same exact situation happened 5 days ago with mi4 65". still cannot solved. Here found someone with the same problem as me, make me think its some firmware updated problem. hope xiaomi can update a new firmware to solve this ASAP.
i was planning to get a new TV because of this problem, now maybe i wait for a while. As the TV still works well with the remote.
I'm back to give some feedback about connecting 2 Bluetooth headphones to the Xiaomi MI TV 4S 65" that I have been using in case you're looking for a similar solution.
I bought this particular Bluetooth transmitter on version 5.0: https://s.lazada.sg/s.xqpN
I just took delivery and tested it last night. It works beautifully with 2 Awei A780BL headphones. These headphones are also running on BT 5.0. Tested with CNA received via antenna and movies running from my networked desktop. Both headphones receive the audio simultaneously without any lag between the audio and video, and without lag between the two sets of headphones. Just need to pair the two headphones to the transmitter first then switch on your TV to prevent confusion with pairing between the TV, headphones and the transmitter. Very satisfied with this simple and cheap solution. Transmitter cost only $10, while the headphones only cost $23 each, good enough for my needs. Your mileage may vary but I think don't need to buy those branded BT transmitter which costs up to 3x more (Ugreen, Mpow).
Also bought a very cheap wireless keyboard with touchpad, $17. Works very well, touchpad response not the best but good enough to surf the web on Chrome on the TV, and navigate YouTube Vanced easily. Two-finger swipes work to scroll up/down, left/right, one-finger swipe moves the mouse cursor. Single and double taps work as is commonly used. Lots of nifty shortcuts which I haven't had the chance to use yet.

Links provided to actual items that work with the Xiaomi TV I own. If not appropriate, mods, feel free to remove. Cos often I am not sure whether an item works or not since the writeup isn't clear 99% of the time.
if your handphone had FM receiver, it is cheaper to get a small FM transmitter (<$5) to connect to tv's hanphone output.
you can have unlimited people receiving the audio at the same time. you can choose to use your existing wired earpiece or bluetooth earbud.
Woah that's a cool suggestion! Let me process... that means the TV uses the FM transmitter to transmit the audio signal to the FM receivers on my mobile phone? So I must connect my headphones to the mobile phone, turn on the FM radio app, and tune to the correct frequency to receive the signal? It would simply be stereo sound right?
Do you think is possible for us to revert to a older firmware? Btw, I realise mouse left click works for the on-screen keyboard that appear at the bottom. So for now, it's still half the screen 'scrollable' with mouse.
I am having problem with netflix.
Hi everyone! Just bought the Xiaomi 4S 55" ASP version from minihelpersshop. Ordered it at 12am 11.11 and they delivered the same night (last night). Set it up last night and was working fine.
This morning I started to adjust display settings and it started derping. About 10-15 mins after turning on the screen goes black. The system is still running as I can still hear the Netflix/Youtube playing and the system sounds when I press up/down.
Only way to solve it is the power off completely (unplug) and boot up again. 10-15 minutes later it does the same again.
Sometimes it's completely blank screen, sometimes it does this flashing thing. It's much slower than monitor flickering, so I'm just gonna call it flashing. The entire image goes on and off. Doesn't stop. System is still responsive.
Have tried the torch thing to see if it's a backlight problem but I couldn't see anything with my phone flashlight against the screen. Not sure if I did it right though.
Suggestions anybody? Software bug or hardware problem?
Edit: Just did the phone flashlight thing again. It's a dead backlight.
yeah, be thankful the problem manifested itself after just one day, instead of one year...Oh... sounds like the panel is giving problem... why don't give Minihelpers a message? It's within 7 days... hopefully you can get a one to one replacement.
