I also tried to find reviews online but nothing. But honestly all the 3080s are just close to each other that if you don't mind Zotac GPU then it doesn't really matter. Plus 5 year warranty compared to some other brands.

Side question - do I need to perform DDU if I am using GTX 1070 before plugging the 3080? Or I just update to the latest Nivdia drivers and plug in the new card?

I Was hoping for MSI or Gigabyte local stock but just got a good deal for RTX 3070 so saying bye to 3080 :)

70% cost saved for 30% performance loss at 1440p gaming is just too much to pass up.

I bought the 3080 zotac amp holo, wanted to avoid the trinity at all cost. A bit more for the amp holo was worth it to me

Been using the gigabyte gaming oc for a few weeks now.. no problem so far .. touch wood.
Previously I encountered a lot of shutdown but can confirm it was due to PSU not enough wattage.. had 0 shutdown since then.

I went with the Trinity because the $300 difference was too much for me. Not worth it for a single digit FPS difference.

300? Not 30? Previous post stated tradepac selling trinity at 1279 and holo amp at 1309..or did you mean scalper's price?
