ok this bottom screen mouse problem is solved by xiaomi with the update version 3.0.463 of the MIUI For TV. that older version 3.0.359 MIUI for TV this is the cause of the problem 1 mth ago.

Do you think is possible for us to revert to a older firmware? Btw, I realise mouse left click works for the on-screen keyboard that appear at the bottom. So for now, it's still half the screen 'scrollable' with mouse.

I am having problem with netflix.

i have the same exact situation happened 5 days ago with mi4 65". still cannot solved. Here found someone with the same problem as me, make me think its some firmware updated problem. hope xiaomi can update a new firmware to solve this ASAP.
i was planning to get a new TV because of this problem, now maybe i wait for a while. As the TV still works well with the remote.

I connect the sound bar to the HDMI ARC. I set the options to use CEC. It can control the volume on the sound bar. But when I switch on the the TV, there is a delay in switching on the sound bar. It take quite some time and the delay is not consistent.

Do I expect the sound bar to switch on immediately or is this behaving as expected ?

Thanks very much !

Not for my Sony TV and Sharp Soundbar... the soundbar comes on first in fact...

After update, my TV is muted when power on and there is a icon of speaker with a slash at the bottom right, need to press the volume button (up or down) to unmute. Have done a hard reset but doesn't help. Any idea?

Is your model 4S? I don't have blinking white light problem but blinking red light occasionally when powered on while using it and need to restart it to get rid of it. Another is TV is muted occasionally when power on and there is a icon of speaker with a slash at the bottom right, need to press the volume button (up or down) to unmute.

If others are not facing these issues, then it appears like Xiaomi tv performance is rather irregular/inconsistent.

I have a mi 65" connected a dvb for local channels.
Recently I noticed when I switched to 'ch list' to access the local channels, the on screen TV icon with "getting data...." does not disappear but stays on the screen. Is there something I can do or I pressed something that causes this to remain on screen?
Thanks

Haha my 55" 4S tv also always show the mute icon whenever I access Live tv... maybe could be bcos of the update I did on it.. and like the others have also said, I just have to press "up" or "down" on the volume rocker to unmute it..

Now the tv has a bigger problem. The picture when I watch Live TV (FTA Mediacorp channels) suddenly become black and white but when at the Android app homepage and when watching Youtube, the colour is still there. My set was ordered on July 10...I've made an inquiry abt this with Minihelpers and am waiting for a response...

Edit: Oh my bro managed to fix the black & white picture problem by just adjusting the picture settings...

Sometimes, Resetting the software will help. Its Android based. Maybe you can clear the cache first before reset.

does this means its a user over sight? video color/brightness is not global but per source ie hdmi, tv broadcast or streaming? :)

It's a bug of the latest firmware. Press return or up down to remove it.. Previous firmware dun have this issue

Yup it's there... someone said it was bug of the latest firmware... not sure if it really is so... cos when I got my TV, I immediately updated the firmware on turning on the TV - I was prompted to do so... the first week or so, I didn't have this prompt about getting Channel Data coming up... but after the first week, I always get it... mine is such that pressing up or down doesn't always remove it... my always works solution is to scroll through the entire channel list and select each channel then go back to the channel I want... this makes the prompt disappear permanently... only to reappear the next time I switch on the TV... my TV is always on standby... yeah... but it's not a big issue lar...

Hi, after pressing Google Assistant button on my mi tv remote, speaking into the remote, it doesn't register my voice. Is there a button that needs to be pressed when I'm speaking?
