anyone face intermittent drop in connection with main xiaomi AX3600 mesh with AX1800? I am currently on myrepublic network.

The issue like on and off, happens once in 1-2months, then can last for 2-3 days even if i keep restarting the routers/switching power off

unstable or slow wifi connection sometimes

I'm running my AX3600 + mesh AX1800.
My only device Mi 9T pro always encounter slow wifi or no wifi connection moving from 1mesh to another or after charging.
I'm puzzled.
I always have to turn off and on my phone wifi, then it works like normal.
Any idea what could be the problem?

Btw, How to reassign a different IP address to my phone in the router settings configured as DHCP?

Don't have the AX3600 (yet) but I think the issue could be with your Mi 9T Pro.

I had similar issue of WiFi dropping with Mi 9 and Asus AX58U when moving around, but my other devices worked fine.

Try other devices to see if they have the same issue. Otherwise, it is likely an issue with Mi 9 hardware.

My mi 9t pro have similar issues albeit it's more serious such as weak signals in my room which is only one wall away from the router. When the signal is bad, the phone will disconnect and use my data. Xiaomi really have got to fix the mi 9t pro software, connection is really bad and the dual 4g mode have issues with mi home connecting to ip camera accessing when using data. So you are not alone.

Just got my router, setup was easy.

The 5GHz signal was definitely good near the router.
My furthest room can get the signal but the internet wouldnt load and then sometimes wouldnt even get signal in my room be it 5g or 2.4.

anyone know what can be done ?

Anyone running the AX3600 on Starhub 1Gbps FBB plan?
I'm planning to buy... any issues with compatibility or performance?

The Xiaomi shop at Funan level 3 is selling this (Global version) for $199 with 1 year bring to shop warranty.
Lowest online price I found is $120 (Qoo10 group buy)... anyone bought from this seller? Power plug is China or UK plug?

just got a unit of AX3600 on Qoo10 for S$98.
Thinking if i should get another unit. me greedy cheapo.... lol

this should be much easier to tweak than asus units with their encrypted cfe!
from what i read bdata controls tx power, country code controls channels available. and both can be edited with relative ease.

wow, how did you get that pricing?

that same listing is currently on group buy for 120..

the local pricing is almost double.. bordering on ridiculous.

Other than the Singtel VLAN (only for SingTel ONT user), English GUI and local warranty, local global version does not seem to be better, actually some say worse in terms of wifi coverage than the China version.

But if one values the extra plus points like local warranty, then it is still an okay buy. But at S$199, I may actually suggest buying the Asus TUF AX3000 at S$229 with 3 years local warranty, more features and with USB 3 ports.

Sounds like a good idea to pay additional 30 bucks for the Asus with 3 years local warranty.
Watched a few reviews and comparisons between the Xiaomi AX3600 and Asus TUF AX3000 on YouTube... seems the AX3600 has higher penetration but AX3000 gave higher speeds.
But compared to the 120 bucks online sets, we're looking at 109 bucks extra :)

And the 229 price of one Asus can buy 2x 120 xiaomi and can do a mesh mode which unless you are wired or is sitting very close most of the time to the Asus router the average sustain wired mesh usage and speed will be higher than 1 good speedy expensive router
