Never time the market , due diligence and pick a few companies and position yourself of what you think is a good price to buy
I started with SGX in 2020 and yes I’m a donkey would gained only 1% but that taught me a lot not to buy sell buy sell but to position with disciplined entry and exit points . Ever since I did that , I’m up 20% ytd , and continue to exercise patience for entry and discipline for exit . And yes I left SGX for us market that this could happen it’s just much more robust and much much more liquid
I do hold a few LT stocks that I accumulate only and plan to sell only 10 years later to return
SNP... depend on which tracking for future/etf you looking at...

Is this dead cat bounce?
Everytime market has fallen, there has been V shape recovery. Every every time. Yet people call dead cat bounce, in the beginning. I don't even know what that means anymore.
ok bought some FTSE100 while its still under 6500. not sure how many more chances left to board before it goes >6500....![]()

ok FTSE100 back up above 6500.
easy way to get paper profits, buy FTSE100 when under 6500.
