tiagong the teochew family son knockdown someone wearing red...then the ghost haunt the son...the teochew family trap the ghost in the house and sold it off...this one i know cos i live around the area....the 2nd owner went bankrupt and 3rd owner somone in family went crazy

Is it? I didn't know that. The teochew family weren't here when I moved here. 2nd owner moved to seletar hills. Didn't know he went bankrupt.

Do you all believe in haunted House?

There is a house near my place that has changed hands 4 times in 10yrs. I know the 1st, 2nd and 4th owner. The 5th owner just moved out today.

Both the 1st and 4th owners told me the house is haunted. Funny thing is the 2nd owner demolished the house and rebuilt it to 3.5 storeys. So the entity was there when it was an old dbl storey house and stayed there after the re-construction. I have not been inside the house before, from the outside, it looks very much like a modern house with lots of glass to let the light in.

I actually entered this house before. I saw the pontianak and asked if she wanted a hot session, but she declined and said she wanted to look for an edmwer called Ah Gui.

my apartment when we first move in, wife/maid keep seeing or thinking they see person walk by, or thought i was in one of the rooms when i wasnt etc. dunno whether just new environment or what. anyway, here for 5 years already and no more such experience.

i ever went to see a super under value condo at Yishun - one of the sapphire or emerald. is really quite creepy. owners/agent also damn weird, just pass me the key for whole week and ask to go see myself. i brought someone with third eye down and he said got something following us throughout the viewing along the wall, it cannot come down to the floor.

Most probably the TC family run out of money cos they give birth to some char siew who pawn their family fortune so they have to sell the house.
I am just making my assumption here and nothing to do with religion.
Or the entity would have been removed when the house is re-built.

That is unless the location of the house happened to be a portal or gateway for all the entities.
Then, it is worse.

We felt and saw a shadow of a man following us around the house when we went to view. It's the house I mentioned earlier that got bought over by the church.

That entity could be a 主, he or she had been staying there a long long time ago.... Sometimes suay to purchase this type of house. Cannot 收拾 because it's so call the legal owner and you just tompang stay only.

Only know of 2 such cases and one of them is a unit in the block of flats facing the kje after turning from bke loop, end of bt panjang.....

The other cannot mention I'm sorry....

From what I gathered from the 2 different owners, they heard laughters and sometime cries in the middle of the night. I told them they might have heard wrongly, as there were many cats around my place. And when cats are in heat, their calls can sound un-nerving, just like baby crying. But then cats don't laugh.

The 1st owner had 2 young kids, and the 2 kids will cry non-stop when they hear the cries. So after 2yrs, they sold the place and moved.

The 2nd owner spent 1 year rebuilding the house, moved in for a year before selling it. He was a contractor, so he probably did it to make money.

3rd owner was super sombong, not even a hi or bye. Stayed for less than 2 yrs.

4th owner was a young family. A couple with a cute baby. Stayed for about 1 Yr. He said he can't take it anymore. His baby kept having nightmares will scream and refused to sleep when it's bedtime. But he is OK when he is at the grandparents place.

Then you never ask them if they did rites rituals whatever to cleanse the place

cannot cleanse...the house is cursed.. .the spirit trap in the house already recarnate but somehow the spirit cursed the house before..thus owners will have very bad luck

Bring baby along.... child not more than 2 yrs old... they cannot talk to adults but I reckoned they could ’see’ or ’hear’ those things/ disturbance.... just have to pay attention to their body language...

There’s a particular executive massionate at Jurong West street 42 (I think) which was introduced by my agent but after visiting I have no doubt it is dirty place....
my baby girl was ok outside the corridor but as soon as I want to walk into the unit my baby girl starts to struggle, scream and cry like wanting to get out from that place. From the corridor looking in, the entrance vestibule and dining area looked pretty dim and dark... had the kind of cold creepy feeling.... tell the agent straightaway no need to view...

after that incident, and a few weeks passed my baby sitter also brought my baby girl for house viewing ... they also relate that the current massionate unit which they bought at Bukit Batok (they are still staying there for 18 years now btw) ... was ’shortlisted’ by my daughter....

honestly i didnt feel anything particularly spiritual. there was a room that was really dark because it did not get any sunlight and was quite eerie looking in the middle of the day. but all in all, no special feeling.

my mum also had a weird encounter when house viewing, there was a room she wanted to open the door, the owners suddenly shouted dont. but her hand already touched the door knob and she said she felt like a sting. then her hand was swollen for like one week.

The one keep kumantongs pass away or left without bringing them along. Then people who took over never bothered to check just chuck everything away.

Now the kumantongs got no place to go exvept kana trap inside the place.

but why you dare let your baby be the tester? what if the spirit stick to her? there is some truth to this baby thing, whcih is why people DONT want to bring babies to viewing. and definitely wont allow others to bring their baby

if I got money and I buying a house, I also will invite master to go see see regardless if I believe it or not, just call it insurance.
