You sure you wanna dismantle your door frame? New door frames ain't cheap. Most people retain the door frame (and sticker or paint over it to match the door).

Where's your haulage fee?

Demolition works price is pretty ok.

Planning to fully renovate my 3 HDB flat. Am noob about renovating etc. any place /site to read /learn about it before i start my journey on this.

I want a design that has storage and easy cleaning.

Are you able to advice?

Just go to Hometrust and you can find everything you need to know specific to your requirements. To kickstart maybe you can just see the photos and filter by 3 room flat and also storage designs. But personally most important thing i feel is to make sure whoever you engage for your reno don't have crazy bad reviews. Do your background check well

8.2 score still looks ok, nothing too jarring. Personally unless looking for restaurant, cafe, icecream to eat I wont trust google reviews much lol, especially big tickets item. Icecream pay $10 already not nice no pain, reno pay $50k already is chui really wanna slap self

Can, but cannot openly share is it? Later I go jail for doxxing, but then if I don’t share, how will people know to avoid.. dilemma.
Anyway I heard CASE don’t have much authority ..

Design 4 space's portfolio seemed more extensive. Free space on like more fancy, probably more ex also. Also for bigger firms might be more designer dependant than the company.

Ya seen a lot of negative reviews which CASE cannot do much. They can only send letter and kind of demand the chui company to take action and compensate the customer. Probably that's all. If its a legit review of the company should be ok ba. Everywhere got reviews.
