there have been DPs in the past 2 days that it is working on mAXS and eAXS again.

Likely is they unblock partially the type of transactions, previously they blocked every single type of payments in axs. Time to tweak abit.

I think you can't transfer funds credited from cc to grab pay wallet back to bank account.
