Correct. Most banks will ask for quantity we are allocated vs excess that we want to subscribe.went to ATM and try try and saw these options:

Rights in excess subscribed:
means what? Right subscribed means what you're allocated as existing shareholder?
then in excess means whatever excess you wanna buy?

Basically, the instruction is to use your banking app and scan the QR Code on the form that you will receive.

I think the first time you need to do is to change the PayNow limit on your account if you have not done so. The current limit should be $5K if you have not changed it. If you are planning to buy more than 2000 units, then you will need to change the limit first or the transfer will fail.
