Just got the Evo Titan 2022 series (R).
Personally, definitely much better compared to a brandless gaming chair online (80-120$) range online, based on my experience over last 4-5yrs and changing 2 chairs. Getting old already, must take care of lower back and overall lumbar health. I guess we need to spend a bit for our health.. If you’re considering one, feel free to dm me for a referral. I ordered replacement on 8 June. They let me make appt on 5 Jul, I chose 11 Jul and on that day say the replacement parts not suitable(cause they only checked on that day...), delay to 17 Jul then I got it.
It's entire backrest and seat. one guy took abt 15 mins to replace.

My replacement from last yr start to peel a few months ago tmd. Getting replaced again under warranty

I had a first version legacy pre 2018 Omega stealth secret lab char bought in December year 2015.

I went to the link of peel protection and read it.

I have some questions that I want to find out. What are the differences between a replacement and a trade-in ?

If possible can you answer some questions below.

1) If I wish to do a replacement, does it mean I just have to pay S$99 ?

2) If I wish to do a trade-in, does it mean I can get a $120 off-set for a new chair to pay at a lower cost for the available trade-in chairs ? What exactly it means ?

3) Both replacement and trade-in requires me to bring down the original chair to the warehouse if I opt for no two way transport ?

4) Exactly, what model and type of quality chair will I be replaced with if I opt for a replacement ? Can I choose the softweave version instead ?

If you think it is all because of my sweat for the front portion, take a look at the back.

My chair in this state in the picture because I use aircon in my room and went to work during day time but windows never open then everytime when I came back home, the windows also not open then turn on aircon again.

The air in my room got no circulation during the day, causing the PU leather to peel.

If you really care about back and lumbar health you would not even consider secretlab. End up just want to spread your referral

IF your existing chair is PU, can only replace back with the same series.
Cannot switch to softweave.
I've paid $128 delivery with fixing. And it comes with 2 years extended warranty as well.

You will pay $99. Upon ordering and make payment, opt for self collection at their store.
You don't need to bring down your existing chair.
Just pay online, wait for their email for collection, then go down take the brand new seat base and back rest.
Go home ownself dismantle ur old chair and replace with new parts,
