Not really on a strict clean diet but trying to go lower on carbs. Tough to maintain gym and running.Dirty bulking or clean bulking?
If clean bulking, you will gain muscle mass more than fat gains.
I cant juggle between both running and gymming. So i gave up gymming for the time being until i become accustomed to my routine.
But i dont expect myself to be able to hit under 9 without some fat loss lol. I think my body fat% is over 20 now lol. It seems hard to run fast with that belly haha.
I'm getting inspiration from nick bare.
