178 78.

Obese BMI.23-25% fat mass.

Most of my friends call me FF.Fat fit lol.Always wanted to cut down the belly but just don’t seem to have the determination to do it.Like start one month gym then suddenly drop off.Process ongoing for last few years already.

My friend was in the same situation but somehow don’t know what click in his mind, suddenly he took it seriously then from 120kg cut to 80kg.20+ percent body fat drop to 7+ body fat. But i still beat him in 2.4 hahaha

From what I understand, go gym doesn't really help with belly fat. And that it's better to go for long slow walks coupled with intermittent fasting to burn off fat.

I see lots of Cecas doing their long walks during my runs. After a few months, i notice the usual suspects still have the same big stomach, but legs become like bamboo.

When I mean go back to gym,it’s in tandem with controlling my diet also.

Actually be it gym or running,if you don’t watch your diet, your belly fat will still remain one.

I am a big eater if I don’t watch my diet. That’s why normally when I reach a certain amount of weight and look into the mirror,I will start my routine back again but after cut a bit,I will drop off, that’s why I am stuck at this vicious cycle.Really need be like my friend, once and for all be determined to cut it off.

Yesterday I did my long run without the HRM Tri because of low battery.

Can notice the average HR is like 5-7 bpm lower than usual with a HRM Tri at the same ave pace.

Ask u all
I realised lately, running the same distance, about same pace, but with lower heart rate, resulted in run watch registering lower kcal burned.

Is this expected?

I reset my run watch just to make sure. still same outcome leh

Means I am more efficient?

I checked the Huawei band 3 pro that I wore to run.

I looked back at past data, and It seemed that if my avg hr n max hr is below a certain number, the calories burned calculations reduced by alot!

I think it's just lousy algorithm.

I'm going to try run to push my hr up again n see if it's either the algorithm design :o

by right....we all knows no such thing as spot reducing or burning one....body burns as a whole mah....just that some parts faster and some part, especially belly fat, sibei the slow....

gym are also got so many things can does there....if really is deadlifts plus weight+machines for different muscle groups, including abs exercises.....definitely can burns belly fat...

but if really wants to see efficient result, then must couple with cardio....especially jogging....

i thinks one common misconception is our definition of "slow"

the so-call "slow" jogging time, not even says long slow walks, but rather slow jogging, which the japs call "smiling pace"....turns out can be as fast as a 7min/km pace....

that is slow for season joggers....but for bui bui, 7min/km for 4 km can kills them.....

so it all in contexts la....and ironically, it are the fattest people who needs to burn more, but also the hardest to reach the "smiling pace" comfortably.....

So far, i need to turn on gps on my mobile to track my distant.
But anyway, seem like i cant go far...afraid I might get a pain on my heel.
Is ok to get the minimum requirements you needed. Once recover you might want to hoot something that is worth buying.
