Has your 2.4km , 5km interval trainings produce any results yet ? Any time trials for your 5km ?
Nope, in fact i think i deprove lol. No time trials for 5km until i can convincingly break 9 for 2.4km if not no point.

Maybe i overloaded last month already although mileage is mild compared to seasoned runners here but was my highest so far for the year.

Only upside is that i can sustain for longer distances now. Will test out my 2.4 at SRY event ba. For now just continue running and see how it goes.

Same here, after all my intervals I felt I became slower, legs became heavier and breathing got harder then couldn't hit the stipulated timing anymore.
Might be overtraining as I just resume my gym program and partially cause of the beer that i whack

Lol. By right gym should make you stronger unless you dont train legs. I stopped gym completely, i felt weaker lol.

I will look for areas to improve ba. Stride, hip and leg strength. Slowly but surely i will hit my target!

Around your neighborhood? I'm addicted to running topless now, obviously not to show off my body but don't need to carry the amount of sweat on my shirt.
Nowadays I run topless, much more cooling. Don’t be paiseh, you see AMDK even if got beer belly still run topless.

I'm packing on weight back onto my chest/shoulders and back. Heavier load for my body to run with.

Yup, around my neighborhood a lot of topless runners and girls in their sports bras too so don’t really feel out of place. But I don’t really care lar, later I will be running through Little India topless also.

Dirty bulking or clean bulking?

If clean bulking, you will gain muscle mass more than fat gains.

I cant juggle between both running and gymming. So i gave up gymming for the time being until i become accustomed to my routine.

But i dont expect myself to be able to hit under 9 without some fat loss lol. I think my body fat% is over 20 now lol. It seems hard to run fast with that belly haha.

My long run yesterday. Took a break from training last week to rest my legs.

Quite satisfied with this run, surprised i still got the energy to run the last few km with "strength".

Testing 18km next week. Hopefully i can be able to complete my ahm next month!

Previously I used to run topless at ECP.

After buying the tops from decathlon, I am running with the tops now. They are very light.

I was about to ask where your neighbour then realized I saw wrongly, it's not "topless runner girls" :(
