Just tested at a few places..same same.. still dont work
Yeah. Test and reboot phone test as well. Don't work...

Update : Sony took place as number 1 for android phones in Japan

https://sumahodigest.com/?p=4973In terms of smartphone shipment share by manufacturer, Apple, that is, iPhone, is in the top position, but there is a slightly interesting phenomenon by Android manufacturer.

Sony smartphones, or Xperia, are number one on Android smartphones .

Seconded, at this point, I really can't see any reason to go with other brands other than maybe due to price

I kinda agree. For the first time, i was truely thankful for S mode and the camera button! Taking photos of my kids jumping and sliding at the indoor playground..i could capture everything without blur! Couldn't do that before on my previous phones

Wow nice, this is one thing I will be looking forward too if I manage to get either the 1 III or 5 III

IKR, if got partnership it will be easier for me too since I am still bouncing around MVNOs (but then again I too used to no contract options so this may not be enough for me to make the jump)

I think I figured out the solution.

GET THE PHONE TO PHYSICALLY TOUCH THE SCANNER WHILE TURN ON BLUETOOTH AND TRACE TOGETHER APPLICATION ~ (no need remove phone casing)
But again the tablet trace together scanning system does not work...

I think Sony deliberately set the sensitivity low.
Those who have this phone please try and update here. Share your findings and your outcomes ~

Appreciate the Sony for this actually, much rather it be set to low sensitivity, then can ask for QR scan and can self check out instead of forgetting or needing to locate the check out scanner.

"Touch the scanner"??... No way am gonna let my device kena Covid 😂.

Also it being less sensitive, it doesn't AUTO check in at every nearby scanner, when you're not going there, which is ridiculous... Happened when TT was installed on my MiMix2 😴😴

Leave around 1 cm will also work. Tried and tested ~

20 Nov 2021 update : today tried to tap on Sony 313 touch display trace together. It works! I put on the surface and hold still around 1 second.
