Hi there,
There shouldn't be any issue for you to use your FRANK credit card for Courts 0% IPP.
We note that Court's website mentions 'locally issued valid Credit Card' as one of the eligibility criteria. - https://www.courts.com.sg/absolute-zero
However, do note that transactions on IPP will not count towards minimum spend or awarded rebates.

Do drop us a PM, if you have further queries.thanks for the detailed explanation
think everything should be stated in the TnC? Dun think anyone is any wiser for targeted promo like these.I just got the $15 a month cashback, $1 cashback per visa transaction, invitation email for being inactive with my frank debit(since I pretty much never spent a penny with my frank as soon as I got my grabpay physical), I don't have to spend $400 a month to get the $15 cashback like I would have to do to get standard 1%cashback, correct? There is no minimum spend permonth to get the $1cashback per visa transaction, correct? I think I'm gonna buy a no gas sweettea pepsi zero bottle from fairprice, each day for 15days, if so lol
So my 15 transactions in December, the $15 will be credited by 31jan or 28 Feb? I'm pretty confused with the overlapping promotion periods listed in the frankdc-inactive30 t&c pdf

I don't have to spend $400 a month to get the up to $15 per month cashback for this promotion, like I would have to do to get standard 1%cashback, correct? There is no minimum spend permonth to get the $1cashback per visa transaction, correct?Hi textshitpost & Trazora
Congrats on receiving the mailer!
Well there is a cap you can earn, which is $15 per month. So you can potentially earn 2 X $15
The rebates will be credited twice ie. $15 on 31 January '22.
And another $15 on 28 February '22

I want it on the record, that if i use my frank debit to buy 1 bar of Snickers and nothing else, I will get cashback of $1, cause you seem to have a really hard time in saying the magic words of 'no minimum spend for the month at all required'Hi there,
Yes, your understanding is correct.
You will not need to meet the usual $400 minimum spend requirement for the cashback given under this promotion.

lol the TnC did not ask for any min spend right? No reason to ownself add extra conditions that are not there.I want it on the record, that if i use my frank debit to buy 1 bar of Snickers and nothing else, I will get cashback of $1, cause you seem to have a really hard time in saying the magic words of 'no minimum spend for the month at all required'

Yet again you refuse to state that NO minimum spend is needed, only that I don't have to spend as much as $400 to qualify, so I'm gonna be very specific, if I buy a $1.50 item(say 1 single chocolate bar ala Snickers) from fairprice with my frank debit paid with visa and nothing else for the rest of the month of December and even January of next yr, I will get $1 in cashback at the end of January, and would in effect have only paid 50cents for this $1.50 item, correct? In-store Fairprice, cold storage, giant, are not excluded merchants, correct? What about grabmart/food and Foodpanda and amazon?Hi there,
As stated in our previous reply, you will not need to meet the usual $400 minimum spend requirement for the cashback given under this promotion.
So yes, if you were to use the FRANK debit card to buy a bar of Snickers during the promo period and nothing else, you will get a cashback of $1.

I'm now specifically asking about fairprice since in their tnc pdf they said to refer to yet another tnc pdf for list of excluded merchants.lol the TnC did not ask for any min spend right? No reason to ownself add extra conditions that are not there.
