Can always pay for it using one of the no FX fee debit/credit cards or Amex.

Don’t think can choose to charge in USD.

even with the 1% DCC charge, it’s still cheaper if I factor in the UOB ONE card 3.33%, as compared to use Amex TCB only 1.5%
