Yep, ET simply chose to believe one side of the story (RK's) and has his mind set on PS as the wrong doer. RK is a liar, and has proven herself to be a liar for the nth time, betcha if you check her posts in the various social media platforms, they'd full of lies. Honestly, I really hope she was really a victim of a sexual crime (and NOT playing a (faux) victim card), because IF more probes further dismantles her stories, she may end as a poster child for the one who cried wolf, and a huge disservice to peeps who are actually victims of sexual crimes.

There is at one point that Pritam Singh gave a very important evidence about RK's mental health condition that would explain her behaviour. Edwin Tong was super duper upset about it and chided PS for being inappropriate.

Please lah. Pritam Singh is just trying to save his own skin by bringing up the mental condition. He used her supposed mental health condition to explain why she send the whatsapp to the 2 assistants.

1) It cannot be substantiated that the mental health condition caused her to send the whatsapp where everything else was true except that part where she said they told her to keep quiet if the issue dun come up again.

2) PS was earlier asked how he found her performance as MP, he said ok, nothing out of ordinary. He never say anything about the mental condition. But to defend his backside, he u-turn and say she siaolang.

3) The mental health condition is not PS to divulge because the details are not available beyond what Prata Singh said. Prata Singh knows that as he is legally trained.

It is in my impression that instead of fact-finding. He is defending every RK's statement vehemently against Faisal's and Singh's words.

In my opinion, all evidences has equal weight. But somehow, Edwin is trying very hard to challenge Faisal's and Singh's evidences that go against RK's evidence...

When RK lied and they knew about it, they could have asked her to correct and tell the truth immediately. Instead PS instructions to RK was to take responsibility if the issue comes up.

When she take MC in the next sitting, they could have asked her to send a written note that she wishes to withdraw her statement as she cannot find the witness. Case would have deescalated.

Normally in a COP, the person being invited will be asked to recount his version of events FIRST before the questioning starts.

Did PS have the opportunity to recount first? Or was he forced to answer all the yes/no, agree/disagree questions from edwin?

If this was a court of law, RK would not be a credible witness/testifier as it was already proven or conceded that she lied under oath.

Seriously, if you got a siaolang colleague that is required to interact with ppl daily, no one notice she is a siaolang and promote her to frontline manager? How does WP choose its candidates?

This is at most just indecisiveness, or even incompetency if this is what has transpired. Is indecisiveness and incompetency against the law?

You are trying to be disingenuous here. You establish your own frame so that you can question WP's selection of candidates.
