Who pays senior Dev for 12K in Singapore...it is like manager pay!

Tia gong... Google, Grab, Apple, Facebook, and some other MNCs...

Got 1 ceca jump to MNC, pay doubled $6K to $12K

Got 1 fresh grade jump to Grab, tia gong pay $7K.

Public sector already paying $5 to $6K for fresh IT grads le.

Not joking, these are from people I know.

would you rather pay 12k for a useless manager who only talk cock and send email or 12k for someone who actually does work

not happy, person can always find job elsewhere no problem

tech pay is very high , all senior position command 5 digit pay easily ..
in this generation , earning <5 digit at mid 30s are considered low average considering inflation and rising property and food prices

the trend is using voice call now
so no evidence and can claim they already inform correct requirement
