This type usually go thru head hunters, and the hiring company have certain "person" they want to dig from competitor one... so u will normally not see it on jobstreet...

These are not the normal senior developers, they are specialist ..
Try getting mgt here to approve hiring budget of 12k for developer.

Yes banks and financial can pay this amount for senior devs, but usually for more experienced like > 10 years exp. For 5 years exp getting 12k must be very zai and employed by FAANG like companies.
