U guys shdnt be too critical of his 1st location , it is NOT ez to fund for his first location
he must have seen several Venues and then pick the most "affordable/economical" 1 though it is not too convenient to go
Actually at the "Rochester" area , many indie Pubs or cafes/restaurants too........
(though it seemed to benefit the "west" side pp and only his political scene comrades)
it is alwys ez for us to critique his choice, u guys cannot imagine how much obstacles he has to cross over in order to "get there"!!!!!!!!! esp some doesnt like his NAME/Face!

it is NEVER ez, in the past i wanna open a shop, i only wanna city area or Hfront but i couldnt afford any of those exorbitant rent at all

I happened to be at Marina Square & saw this reno. Quite crowded actually. Seems like some church service is at Marina Square on Weekends.
