Happened like half an hour ago. The power actually came back on in less than 10secs

this sounds funny man... if it happens again and someone in the household happens to noticed it, do give sing-power a call... if no one at home, maybe can make sure equipment that may be sensitive to surged power be left off for the time being...

No smell…, the switch all stayed up. I didn’t do anything and the power came back on like really a few seconds later

No leh, didn’t switch on anything at that time. Funny thing is it happened yesterday at like similar time too. Yesterday I just thought it was a power dip so wasn’t really bothered, then it happened today again

you may also wanna consider calling a certified electrician to check on your breakers...
could also be too old to trip...

As others have mentioned, probably a brownout. Report TC ask them to check the flat’s electrical distribution system. Eapecially if neighbours experienced the same. Brownouts are super rare in Singapore. Even more so in HDB where there is a medium tension substation in every block.

Might be a neighbour on the same circuit powering up something really big, but not big enough to trip the overload breaker.

Big motors and transformers usually to blame.
Motors found in big AC, some high powered cleaning equipment. Large capacity transformers found in high end hifi, IT equipment.

The circuit breaker inside house did not trip at all, all the switches were up

check your appliances mabbe have a faulty one

Should be same agency you call if there is a pump room water leak. Best to verify with neighbours if they saw what u saw.

Don’t say trip. Say power interruption. It is important to emphasize the power came back without you doing anything.

The only thing I had on at that time was fridge, router and fan etc. Nothing high current
