Should be same agency you call if there is a pump room water leak. Best to verify with neighbours if they saw what u saw.

Don’t say trip. Say power interruption. It is important to emphasize the power came back without you doing anything.

There is nothing a “normal” end user can plug into a flat’s BS1363 socket that will cause the power dip or interruption seen by TS.

The cause is probably external to the TS’s home.

BTW TS we cannot rule out somebody playing punk and flipping the main service breaker along the corridor. This is a breaker switch that is outside your house and sits between the main supply and your power meter.

Put some flour dust on the lever and see if it is disturbed.

Yesterday and today holiday, didn’t see any electrical work going on outside

they can be turning on a switch remotely. so chiu dun really need to be seeing any one doing any work outsai.

my old hse unit the outside breaker cover was broken and i suspect someone play punk to trip the power

Only your house got this issue? How about your neighbor?
Bcos you mention the issue occur at about the same timing, could be the fridge.
The auto wash sensor is spoil but normally this will cause the ELCB to trip.

neighbor got same problem?

if not electrical problem then find a tang ki.
