Anyone got high cholesterol? What food can help to reduce it?

boil your meat with pepper

eat sunshine 37GI bread

eat whole grain rice

Trust me. Exercising is not enough.

I ran 40-50km weekly also cannot bring down my LDL from 4.8 mmol/L.

It's the diet that brought down my LDL to 2.8 mmol/L.
i agree.

to ts, basically all plant food contains no cholesterol (other than coconut oil iirc) and all animal products contain it. do your own due diligence to verify

75% cholesterol is produced by your own body. it's your body's response.

to reduce cholesterol, cut down on simple carbs(rice, noodles, bread, biscuits etc) & sugar.

eat less food overall, don't worry about oily food, i didn't take the statin dr give me either.
next time, i went for checkup, cholesterol goes down.

do the usual thingy :
eat less (less carbo)
more vegetable
less meat
balanced diet, don't eat anything in excess
exercise

exercise more, if needa take rice wld be brown rice or oats, cannot take normal wht rice. take less red meat, if needa take meat is lean meat, no Shaba type. take more vege

most fish is ky, got a smoll handful of fish category can’t take in excess too

Why some skinny people also have high cholesterol and why some fat people had low cholesterol ?

She asked me to take medicine to control.

Best is to exercise, reduce high cholesterol food
From what I read, to reduce cholesterol, you dont reduce food high in cholesterol. You reduce food high in saturated fats. Like fatty pork, red meats, prawns and shellfish. You should also eat more fish, nuts, avocado or food high in unsaturated fats which can cleanse out the fats in your system.
