If my CDP's DCS is linked to my DBS account, can I still buy SSB with my UOB account, or do I have to buy from DBS? Thanks.

By right, in this rising rate environment, bank FDs should be matching if not exceeding the risk-free rates, which are now around 3.3% pa for 6 months or 1 year. Yet they still lag SSB which itself is taking the previous month's risk-free rates. When they catch up, there won't be the issue of limited allocation.

The question is, is there any need to catch up
