Not always the case.. Some applications may take a few days for them to process for approval.

Anyone got double charged when paying for bus/mrt using this card via gpay?

Tap in and out both using phone and got charged $1.25 (actual trip amount) then there's another transaction of $1.90 (no idea from where)

Do you have SimplyGo? Add your card there to check the trip details and file a claim if there is really discrepancy

Yeah, tried adding it but can't says got error.

No issues adding my other card there only trust CC

I just added Trust CC to SimplyGo successfully few minutes ago. No issue at all. Perhaps check if u enabled local online transaction or what.

My bad, I totally forgotten I had taken bus on 1 day and that's where the $1.90 came from

read their fb comments scary…bunch of clowns running teh show wif no efficiency..everything must be through APP and worst thing app can’t even start if it’s pending. Chiu call in they can say no record of chiur call…scary imagine one day they can just say no record of chiur account or as an applicant…

I will be wary of applying for trust credit card as i am unsure if it impacts 12 month reset counter with applying for standard chartered cards.
