upper back now. Lower back a little (i guess im getting used to it)
Yeap i watched the video and sit all the way back le. Im still trying give it a go for a week before deciding
Might be that the chair just doesn't work for you, sorry to hear that. Do give other chairs a go - your back is worth it

I find the headrest great only when in reclined mode. In forward tilt, it's obstructive.

Also, I prefer Classic > RM simply due to the rocking mechanism
Yup same reason why i sold the atlas headrest. In a neutral position it's uncomfortable and forces the neck forward.

Wow, what's the point of adjustment when the setting at maximum is still too forward

Used the Fern for about a month, seems really comfortable and much better then my previous Ikea Markus. The seat depth adjustment is crucial to prevent my thigh from going numb.

Might need to call Haworth for servicing though, the gas cylinder always makes the clunking sound when I sit down, and I am not even at half the chair's weight limit.

Did it get uncomfortable for you in the beginning?

Been using steelcase leap V1 for donkey years now, wife got a new job and suddenly WFH so now hunting for another chair. Anyone can point me to a few chairs to start out with? Budget <500. Can be used or 1st hand.

For those asking, steelcase leap is hot. You'll sweat into the foam/cushion and if you don't air out it will start to smell funky after awhile which is what happen for my case

I posted last year in Nov/Dec on this thread about my June/July 2020 Unwanted Imports HM Aeron mesh failure and my experience contacting them to get the replacement part. Just go and dig for my posts back then.

The link to contact them is

https://www.unwantedimports.com/general-warranty-support/
which can also be found on the Contact Us page on their website.

Unfortunately, I had to pay for the part as per their specified cost + shipping via air (faster) and they did not reply to my email several months later on whether the warranty claim was successful or not. Not sure if they are still very responsive now since they are based in the UK.

The fact that your chair was bought in Sep 2020 is also making me wonder if there was some issue with HM manufacturing....
Now my back also showing signs of tear. Bought in March 2020 also.

Also the same issue with the atlas headrest.

Hi folks! need some advices to help me decide between Ergotune Supreme ($479 offer) and Ergohuman Plus Elite ($798 offer from ErgoSupplies)

I have tried both but still unsure. Would you choose Ergohuman over Ergotune for the quality and price point?

I have read the threads and heard the good comments for Ergohuman in 2021. does that opinion still hold? or Ergotune will be a better value-for-money for their improvement in V3?

Appreciate all comments here! Really has been so supportive for people who cares about ergonomic and health 😆

Anyone here with a Sihoo m57? How's it as a normal ergonomic chair?
Currently I have an IKEA Markus but looking to get something more ergonomic, budget also not very high, around 350-400

I try so many chair nothing beats aeron so far.. Get used one.. Fully loaded... Those remastered I see the quality is worst then those older models... Many remastered model the mesh already torn.. Instead those old aeron.. Some 15 years old or even 20+ years old still going strong.

Does anyone have any updated recommendations on where to get a replacement mesh for the HM Aeron remastered (size C)? Mine just tore over the weekend and I'm getting nothing from Unwanted Imports and the thread here seems to suggest that's expected.. :(
