Is there any place where I can view the Xiaomi display? Just wanted to see how the display performs in terms of contrast and colours and all.
Actually after 6 month or 1 year, dealer really like bo chap alreadyAnyone managed to claim warranty from minihelpers?
My ultrawide, bought from their lazada shop in Dec 2021, suddenly have lines and flickering. When I enquire about warranty, they ask me to go xiaomi funan![]()
Common practice for SG retailers, i experienced something similar but mine was purchased for one day and they directed me to the service centre.Anyone managed to claim warranty from minihelpers?

That's bad service. They know their product is parallel imported (so no official local warranty), so I don't think it is not a mistake for them to direct you to Xiaomi's service center. Don't know what is the driver for them to lie to their customer here.I am okay to go down to service centre. But minihelpers initially directed me to go xiaomi funan even though the monitor is not covered under the official xiaomi 3year warranty. Of cos xiaomi rejected me and then minihelpers told me to go to their (minihelpers) service centre at IMM instead.
Lucky I called xiaomi funan first before bringing the monitor down for nothing.
Good monitor if you dont mind VA panel. How is this monitor so far? There’s a deal and after discount is $419.
Planning to get one for my gaming console![]()
Okay shall shortlist, thanks!Good monitor if you dont mind VA panel.
I would not get a ultra-wide 21:9 monitor for console gaming, unless you're okay with stretched images OR have black bars at the side (defeats the purpose of ultra-wide)Okay shall shortlist, thanks!![]()

Haha that was November’s post bro…I would not get a ultra-wide 21:9 monitor for console gaming, unless you're okay with stretched images OR have black bars at the side (defeats the purpose of ultra-wide)
This is a very good deal. Add another year of warranty cost a little more. I believe Xiaomi may have used a different panel as opposed to the first generation which I used. But overall, this is a good monitor based on my experience. But VA being VA, one may observe some discoloring at either sides of the monitor at a certain angle. It is usually not distracting for me. Nonetheless, I feel this is a decent monitor for those looking to try out ultrawide. This is my first ultrawide monitor as well, and I've been using ultrawide as my main monitor since.
1 year warranty nia, its bad !!!! Electronic equipment, especially for monitor, it is better to look for 3 or 5 years warranty.
