Earlier I read if we are in Malaysia and we call roaming partner,it's deducted from our idd free time? So the idd free time can use for both call to Malaysia from Singapore and call to Malaysia when we are at Malaysia?

Interesting... which post did u read from? My understanding is that there is no roaming for Heya.SG.

All plans with IDD supports up to 21 countries (300 mins), except the $13 plan (130GB+10GB Malaysia Data) that only supports IDD to Malaysia (100mins).

Usually Malaysia side Won't call your Singapore number. Due to overseas call rates.
But when you are overseas, you do not need to pay for answering calls.

One easy way to confirm, is to have $0 in Wallet. And try answering calls.

If you are able to make/answer calls in SG without VOICE APP. You can carry on to do so while overseas.

Simba is really good for roaming. I normally buy overseas sim card when I am overseas. Was in HK that requires real name registration. Somehow my registration was unsuccessful. Had to rely on Simba's free 1GB for the first few hours until I get to hotel to use their wifi to keep trying the registration.

Simba roaming speed is good in Malaysia and Hong Kong.

Those in business with SG side de Malaysia residents, should find a way to get $5 senior plan or even pay $10 for the normal plan. Where they can legit call and receive SG numbers for free.
Even suitable for any other countries that can have uses for it.

They support up to 124 destinations for Roaming (and data roaming).

As long you have VoLTE coverage over there, you Do Not Need to have Data Roaming to have Voice Calls and SMS.

imagine your travel period crosses the billing cycle date, you effectively have 2GB data roaming to cover.
thats pretty sufficient for up to 1 week trip, assuming you can tap on local wifi

i stay at cck area.

So far to me vivifi seem to have the best real world coverage and reception. It is not the fastest though.
Starhub/giga seem to be faster in terms of speed But the coverage not as good.

for SIMBA, it is sometimes patchy and can lose signal on and off once i a blue moon and then the speed is slower than vivifi and giga
