one of the drawbacks if you want to port in / out to another telco .. the $10 sim is hefty !

If you frequently more than once a year sure it might be a turn off. For me I don't switch unless there's significant savings or networks issues, it wasn't too big a deal for me when I jumped to RedOne.

Does this mean if i go MY it will automatically switch (and switch back when I come back?)

Also is there a way to toggle it on and off?

Also for redone, if exceed the limit for the plan, will they kiap the service or just charge extra automatically?

roam on .. you in malaysia will be log to cellcom .. roam off no data only detect network .. unless you use alot videos in malaysia 20gb is alot of data depends on the amazing plan you took...

How to off? there seems to be an option to disable in Value Added Services -> Manege Your Add Ons but I scared if turn off there cannot on again

the options is on your mobile under mobile networks for android, not on app for redone

2 different things. Disabling the roaming under the phone mobile networks is not 100% foolproof. Many data points that show there will be some data roaming 'leakage', usually end up costing $1-2. Only sure way to prevent this is to switch it off at telco side, usually using the app or calling into customer service. I personally experienced this recently because I forgot to disable it.

1) Does redone automatically deduct from the balance? If no must I pay myself on the 14th by pressing the pay bill button?

2) Is my April bill paid? I see some credits

3) What does the ($16) mean? I have $16 in my prepaid balance?

1. Believe if you have your card added, it will auto-deduct by the due date.
2. If amount due is $00.00 then its paid, it still showing the amount pending payment which is $16.00 as you have shared.
3. Amount due states clearly that it is pending payment amount of $16.

I'm using the $8 plan and YES, you can receive SMS while overseas.

I also see a balance in Parentheses on my account, namely from "credit adjustment - being CA for waive sim card fee due to VC Promo".... The figures in brackets should be a credit balance??? Same when you over paid your credit card bill, wait for 1st May to see I guess.

No point staying with RedOne anymore if one uses a lot of Malaysia data. Only 2GB data allocation for a $18 plan compared with 25GB previously?? Wonder if my Amazing 18 plan is affected by the changes
