it ish a sellers' market so brazil can decide the terms of trade, whether to trade in usd or wadever.
why sellers' mkt? becos tiongs NEED the beans and corn from brazil.
brazil ish not selling their own to tiongs, their customers and orders ish from europe.
brazil bought from USA resell to tiongs, and make some extra cash on top of their regular income.
if tiong chut stunts, brazil just stop being the middle man. tiong suffers, brazil ish not affected.
they just lose the extra income, but their normal income from europe ish still secured.
and if brazil decided to trade in rmb, it ish becos rmb ish still exchangeable with usd for now.
if rmb lost that status, cant exchange for usd, then their credibility ish lost immediately. thats just how it ish.

even their key EV industrial prides like BYD, CATL n EVE r all ditching their home turfs or RMB for foreign markets by setting up factories aboard.
if RMB is so valuable n while so many being jobless in china, why r they making such an exodus?

Sigh it won’t be.

First they spend over $200b on their military a year. At their cost structure it’s a very significant investment.

Second they manufacture most of their own military weaponries and supplies. From the cna program, we know they’re also addressing tech, food, energy and financial self sufficiency. And they will probably have access to Russian energy and supplies during war time. Taiwan wont have endless supply of military aid rolling in by the train load.

Third a war with China will be fought over the scs or Taiwan. The Chinese has the largest navy which doesn’t have to sail afar to fight. The plaaf can take off every aircraft from the mainland and go to war. American carrier strike groups can’t come into the first island chain anymore. Probably not even the second. They’ve also moved the f15s out from Japan to Guam.

Lastly every American war game predicts either a terrible loss or pyrrhic win.

LOL, of all countries you bring Pakistan as an example which has less than 400mln in total trade. Re-routing still going and goods still flow into Russia but not as freely and openly. I rest my case.
