489-607 for 5rm..srsly bt panjang this price still understand, at least it's established in a way..

previous tengah also starting price 420-430k..

somemore not forgetting 489 is likely the cheapest until at near Jurong and beside pie plot..

haha i think alot more people will go for the one next to ACS because most blocks are like within 200M of the school. morning send child to school very easy
