as a single person interested in a 2room bto in tengah ,

100 units set aside for elderly in Plantation verge, 82 left for the rest ...

will people try their luck in tengah's currently most hottest plot, Parc meadows. considering that $165K- 202k price for type 2... vs 127k-158k for type 1
a minimum of 5k gap increase over Tengah waterfront ( $144k-174k vs $111k-139k)

2rm layout is the same between plantation Verge and Parc meadows... that's gonna speed up construction speed

I have been scammed by HDB! I made PayNow $10 and transaction went through but it gave me an error that stated error in payment. I did not get any confirmation from HDB and I cannot rebook now, Whenever I try, there will be some errors.

Maintenance​

We have scheduled maintenance works for the HDB Flat Portal from 6:00am to 7:00am on 31 May 2023, Wednesday. The e-Services will not be available during this maintenance period.

Applications for the ongoing BTO and SBF exercises will be open till 5 June 2023. Successful applicants are determined by a computer ballot, and not on a first-come-first-served basis.
